When I went to thicken the lower housing I ran into some unwanted geometry trouble. It looks fine from a distance...


 but...

 Due to the (battery gate mating) detail that I incorporated into the surface model the shell has given me some unwanted geometry. I tried get around this by thickening the original surface but was unsuccessful. I'm not completely happy with this thicknessing but I don't know how to fix it, so I will have to carry on.
