Computer Modelling - GRAP 2029

Just when you think you have all the frustrating little mating features measured up exactly, you drop the part into an assembly and SolidWorks doesn't even have to try to prove you wrong. After what seemed like hours, I finally have the front mating feature where I want it so that the outside edge of the upper and lower housing line up nicely.
